Christie's uses only the freshest flowers available to ensure that you can send flowers with confidence. And since every arrangement is personally delivered, we offer same-day delivery on most orders.
How to Place an Order
We've designed our website to make it quick and simple for you to place your order.
1. Shop From a Variety of Categories -
Such as Weekly Special, Birthday, Sympathy.
2. Select Your Products, Choose Your Preferences, and Provide Information -
After you've found what you want to send, click View Details.
On the product information page, you can select a variety of size and price options.
You can also select add-ons such as balloons, stuffed animals, or chocolates.
Once you have selected from the preferences, fill in ALL the delivery information.
When all information has been inputted, select Add To Cart.
You can then either continue browsing by clicking on Continue Shopping or proceed to the checkout by clicking Go To Payments.
3. Proceed to Checkout -
When you are ready to check out, click on View Cart and then click Go To Payments.
You are not on the Billing page. Enter your billing address and contact information.
Once you have filled in the fields, click Continue.
4. Provide Your Billing Information -
Choose your payment option and then click Continue.
On the next page you will be asked for your credit card information.
Once you have entered your credit card information, click Order Now.
Your credit card will not be charged until we manually process your order.
5. Save Your Confirmation -
You will then be taken to a page that displays your order number.
Christie's will send a confirmation e-mail to the e-mail address you provided.
Please save this e-mail for future reference.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Christie's is unable to cancel or change orders already delivered or en-route.
If you find it necessary to cancel or change any other orders, call 239-353-2602.
Problems With An Order
At Christie's, we make every effort to ensure that you receive excellent service.
If at any time you experience problems with an order, please let us know.
Orders delivered to addresses in Florida are subject to sales tax.
You will have an opportunity to review this amount before submitting your order.
We make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
To assure same-day delivery, orders must be received:
before 1:00 PM, Monday-Friday, or before12:00 PM on Saturdays.
Note: a 20% restocking fee will be charged for late cancellations (after deliveries have been attempted)
Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day.
Regretfully, we are unable to guarantee a specific time of delivery.
In special cases, please provide the time in Special Instructions during checkout.
For major holidays, we recommend you place your order at least 14 days in advance.

When placing your order, include the hospital name and the name of the recipient.

Christie's will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures. ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers.
Please check with the hospital before placing your order.
Recipient Not Home
If the recipient is not at home when Christie's attempts a delivery, they will either:
Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time
Leave the gift in a covered, secure area with a door tag
Leave the gift with a neighbor and a door tag for the recipient
Occasionally, product substitutions are necessary due to availability issues.
Christie's will ensure that the gift integrity is preserved.
Substitutions include fresh flowers and containers of equal or higher value.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation e-mail, which includes all the details of your order.
Delivery Confirmations will be sent by the end of the day of delivery via e-mail.
